I have created a huge number of interactive games and experiences for children. I love content with a heart and a learning outcome! Here are some of my favourites.

Xploro

Role: Creative Director

Xploro is an app to help children and young people prepare for hospital. Through bespoke games, interactive stories and personalised content it is the ultimate companion and support for young people going through their medical journey.


GoNoodle – GoNoodle Games

Role: Product Owner / Game Designer at Dubit

GoNoodle had a wonderful selection of videos to encourage children to move at school – but how could they be sure they were moving at home during the pandemic when the teacher wasn’t there? GoNoodle games app used the camera in the player’s device to detect movement in the player so they could play along with each of the brand’s beloved characters. It won a Kidscreen Award in 2021.


Scottish Book Trust – Bookbug / Bookzilla

Role: Product Owner / Game Designer at Dubit

Bookbug is an app to encourage families to sing with their preschool children. Easy navigation to explore favourite songs and rhymes to share with their little ones.

Bookzilla is an app to help children find more books that they enjoy. It linked with one of the largest book databases to make tailored recommendations, log reading and share recommendations with friends.


Be the Boss – The Dumping Ground/CBBC

Role: Game Producer at CBBC

A game to accompany the popular CBBC series ‘The Dumping Ground’ players must keep everyone in the care home happy by balancing their needs. It won a BAFTA in 2015.


CBBC- Try Being Me

Role: Game Producer at CBBC

An interactive documentary game that was a companion piece to a Newsround Special exploring the theme of Dyslexia. Through a series of playful interactions, children could get a sense of what it might be like to have dyslexia as explained through the lives of four children. It was nominated for a RTS award in 2013.
